🔍 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Finance Analyst to join a dynamic team. This pivotal role serves as a subject matter expert in Workday Financials, providing advanced technical and functional support across multiple finance modules including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement, and Revenue Management.

💡 Main responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for Workday Financials modules, resolving system issues quickly to minimize downtime.

• Lead configuration and enhancement of Workday Financials to align with evolving business needs and compliance standards.

• Develop and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards to support finance teams with actionable insights.

• Manage and support integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

• Participate in Workday upgrades, testing, deployment, and lead change management initiatives.

• Support compliance audits by ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct root cause analysis for system/process issues and implement corrective actions.

• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive innovation in the finance tech space.

Requisitos

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Workday Financials modules: Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement, Revenue Management.

• Strong Workday configuration skills: business processes, security roles, financial setups.

• Skilled in Workday Report Writer: designing and maintaining complex financial reports and dashboards.

• Experience with Workday integrations and ensuring smooth data exchange across systems.

• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and end-to-end financial processes.

• Knowledge of procurement and expense workflows within Workday.

• Familiarity with revenue recognition and management.

• High attention to detail for data validation and reconciliation.

• Experience supporting compliance audits and maintaining internal controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and drive solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to work across teams and translate technical concepts.
