We are looking for an experienced professional to join our partner’s Risk Advisory team in Buenos Aires as part of the eDiscovery & Data Forensics – Project Management practice.

This role focuses on supporting complex litigation and investigation cases by applying advanced project management skills, digital forensics, and data analytics. You will work closely with global teams, ensuring efficient and defensible data collection, processing, and analysis, while guiding clients through high-stakes legal and regulatory matters.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• ⚖️ Establish and implement protocols across the full eDiscovery life cycle (preservation, collection, processing, review, and production).

• 📂 Advise clients on large-scale data collection, document retention, and chain-of-custody procedures.

• 📊 Manage and analyze large, complex data sets to deliver accurate and defensible results.

• 🛠️ Apply industry-standard software tools to develop tailored solutions for client needs.

• 🗣️ Communicate findings through clear reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

• ✅ Oversee quality control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• 👩‍🏫 Mentor and train professional staff, fostering knowledge-sharing and best practices.

Requisitos

✅ Key Requirements

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, MIS, Law, or related field).

• 📌 8+ years of professional or consulting experience in eDiscovery and Digital Forensics.

• 📅 Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• 🧩 Advanced knowledge of Relativity, Brainspace, MDM (certifications are a strong plus).

• 🔍 Experience with tools such as EnCase, Cellebrite, BlackBag, SQL, .NET, or Microsoft Exchange.

• ⚖️ Proven experience supporting litigation matters and regulatory investigations.

• 🌎 Bilingual: Spanish & English (other languages a plus).

• ✈️ Authorized to work in Argentina and able to travel internationally if required.
