We’re looking for a Data Analyst to work across multiple Consumer Analytics projects. In this role, you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights, deliver both ad-hoc analyses and ongoing reporting, and focus on key customer metrics like retention, acquisition, and CLTV.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys transforming raw event data into actionable business insights. You’ll be working on the design and implementation of a proprietary data layer that ingests clickstream data, defines and tracks KPIs, and supports decision-making through storytelling and visualizations. Your work will directly impact the development and measurement of digital products and experiences.
This is a hands-on role involving close collaboration with data engineers, product managers, and regional analysts to ensure we’re delivering high-quality, reliable data insights across global markets.
Responsibilities
- - Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- - Perform ad-hoc analyses and build repeatable reporting with a focus on customer behavior (retention, acquisition, CLTV, etc.).
- - Design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio to communicate performance and insights effectively.
- - Work with large-scale datasets in BigQuery and other data sources to create actionable insights.
- - Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure proper data collection, transformation, and availability for analysis.
- - Communicate findings clearly through storytelling and tailored presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- - Contribute to fostering a culture of data-driven decision making across teams.
Requisitos
- - 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- - Strong SQL skills and experience working with Google BigQuery.
- - Hands-on experience creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
- - Solid understanding of consumer analytics concepts such as retention, acquisition, churn, and CLTV.
- - Ability to handle both ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting needs.
- - Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- - Experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
- - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience).
- - Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing is a plus.
