We are seeking an AI & Machine Learning Consultant with a passion for data-driven innovation and advanced modeling techniques. This role is based in Buenos Aires and involves working with businesses to develop pricing models, forecast future trends, and leverage generative AI to automate analytical processes. You will play a key part in extracting insights from complex data, building dashboards for decision-making, and delivering reports that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Develop and refine models for pricing, forecasting future trends, and scoring to assess various metrics.
• Data Collection and Exploration: Gather and explore data to uncover insights that can help companies make better decisions.
• Work with Generative AI: Utilize generative AI technologies to automate processes traditionally performed by analysts.
• Dashboard Creation: Build dashboards for decision-making, providing a visual interpretation of data.
• Reporting: Generate reports with findings that can enhance business revenue and inform strategic decisions.

Requisitos

Hard Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Computer Science, Engineering or another quantitative field

• More than 1 year of related experience

• Python: Proficient for machine learning tasks

• Machine Learning: Experience with Scikit-learn, XGBoost; capable of building classification, regression, clustering, and forecasting models

• Data Manipulation & Analysis: Proficient in Pandas and NumPy

• Statistical Analysis: Skilled in SciPy and Statsmodels

• Data Visualization: Competent with Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI

• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Familiar with NLTK for text analysis

• SQL: Solid understanding for querying and managing data

• Databricks: Basic experience in large-scale data processing

• Apache Spark / PySpark: Fundamental knowledge for big data handling

• Generative AI: General awareness of applications and capabilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Authorized to work in applicable country and travel internationally without restrictions or sponsorship.

Soft Skills

• Ability to synthesize requests from team members at client sites

• Creative and innovative problem-solving approach, using simple ideas

• Motivated to learn and adopt new analytical techniques and tools

• Desire to actively engage in geographically dispersed teams

• Willingness and ability to work long hours and travel if required
