About the Role

As a Technical Lead, you’ll drive the design and implementation of data-intensive, AI-powered solutions within secure environments. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll shape technical architecture, remove blockers, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality features. This role also involves mentoring engineers and promoting a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical strategy ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable AI-driven solutions aligned with product goals.

• Oversee product delivery and engineering quality, defining clear requirements, enforcing high standards, and promoting automation in testing and deployment.

• Drive cloud infrastructure management and DevSecOps practices across multi-cloud environments to optimize security and operations.

• Mentor and collaborate with teams and stakeholders, managing risks, compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.

Requisitos

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical leadership within data-intensive, AI-driven environments.

• Hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud architectures and services.

• Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, secure coding standards, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Proficiency in agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira) for backlog management and estimation.

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills to lead and develop engineering teams.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and observability/monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).

• Background in automation frameworks and test strategies aimed at minimizing manual testing.

• Proficient in engineering documentation tools like Confluence.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams.

• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and audit compliance requirements.
