We are looking for an IT/Technical Recruiter to join our amazing team 💪
Technical Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, connecting, and screening IT candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruiting and management tools such as LinkedIn, HiringRoom, Google Suite, Asana/Trello…
- Overall knowledge of a variety of technologies, or an attitude of investigation and curiosity to understand the profiles we are seeking.
- Intermediate/Advanced English is a plus!
- Excellent self-administration of time and tasks.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in daily, weekly, and retrospective meetings.
- Excellent communication skills with team members and candidates.
- Already possessing a large network on LinkedIn, with a strong personal brand!
- Academic background related and/or similar experience in the position.
